The cooler you can make it in the room and the cooler you can make yourself will help to minimize the sweats you wake up with each night.

2. Relax your body before sleep - When you can relax your body before sleep, you will be able to minimize this problem also. Try exercising if that is what works for you.

Some women also use meditation to help them with this problem. So that you don't wake up as often with this problem, it will help you go to sleep easier and will help keep your mind and body relaxed.

3. Talk to your doctor - You have to talk to your doctor because they will know the best things that can be done for you, individually to get rid of this problem.

Now that you know these facts about menopause night sweats and how to deal with them, you are more prepared to ensure that you can get a good night's sleep without all the sweating.
