Going around Morocco and having fun is not a problem. There are many exciting means by which you can discover the exotic place for a more exciting and truly memorable vacation. These are the ways to know Morocco.

You can rent a car or use a private car service.

You can find many car rentals with drivers to take you around Morocco. You could also rent a private car or travel with a driver knowledgeable not just about Morocco's events and things to see, but about traditional culture as well. Before you get into the vehicles, be sure that the driver knows where you want to go and won't steal your money. Traveling around Morocco this way is also suggested if you are checking out possible home investments in Morocco, such as Tangier properties, resort villas, and more.

Take a Petit or Grande taxi.

There are plenty of taxis you can find in different areas of Morocco to get you to places around town. The Petit taxis, which are color coded for certain areas, will conveniently take you around the city you are in. These taxis are metered. If there are as many as six of you and you want to take a longer trip, the Grande taxis are available. Grande taxis are usually found near bus stations. Remember: all six seats in a Grande taxi have to have passengers before the taxi will depart. You can pay for the other taxi seats yourself if you're in a rush to leave -- fare is per passenger instead of being metered.

Travel by bus.

Using public transit in Morocco is a lower-budget option. The buses travel a specific, set path, so know your destination before you get on. Take caution on the buses -- theft is common.

Relax and do your traveling by train.

Taking the train is one of the best ways to go to some places in Morocco. Aside from being fast and affordable, the trains are clean and comfortable. Plus, you do not need any reservation to get a first class seat. Opportunities are endless when you come to know about Moroccan people and culture by interacting with them. Tangier-Kenitra-Rabat-Casablanca, Uojuda-Fes-Meknes-Kenitra, Casablanca-Marrakech, and Casablanca-Mohammed V International Airport are the routes. There are also night trains in Morocco that depart daily at 9 in the evening.

Take a bike ride.

On one of your days in Morocco, try biking around the country roads. It's a different, unique way to experience what Morocco is all about. Biking trips can be even more fun if you first have reliable operators arrange your tours. Other great places to bike around include the Sahara desert from April and May or in October and November. There is no better place than Chefchauouen in the summer and the fall.

Enjoy the water by taking a ferry.

Ride the ferries to take in the Moroccan breezes. Morocco's port cities include Cueta, Tangier, and Melilla. Separate from in country travel, it is also possible to reach Morroco from many countries by ferry. You can get to Morocco by ferry from European countries, such as Spain, France or Italy.

You can take a more adventurous route to familiarizing yourself with this charming destination rather than settling for the easiest options for tourist travel. To see wonderful views of Morocco, you can opt to go paragliding, take a ride on a hot air balloon or ride a camel through the Sahara desert. Morocco sure is a wonderful place to spend your vacation or even live.
