1. Academy Class Academy Class refers to itself as "first class training for creatives and developers". They offer a number of courses in digital media training and pride themselves on encouraging creativity and innovation, whilst building online communities. Specific to web design they offer modules in AIR, AJAX, CSS/HTML/XML, Dreamweaver, Flash, Javascript, Web Accessibility, and Web Usability, and more. 2. University of the Arts London- Chelsea Structured around the working student, Univeristy of the Arts London offer many part-time and short courses. Students can choose from eight modules within Digital Design, including Vector Works; Introduction to SketchUp; Introduction to Autocad; 3D Studio Max- 3D Modeling; Introduction to Digital Design; Dreamweaver Web Design; Adobe Photoshop- Basic Essentials; Adobe overview for digital textiles print design. 3. City lit Also known as the centre for adult learning, City lit offers many courses in web page architecture. Students can choose from Dreamweaver- stages one and two, HTML- stages one and two, and Flash. City lit has the widest range of part-time classes for adults in all of London. Courses range from one-day tasters, to year-long journeys, although most are ten weeks long. 4. Havering College of Further and Higher Education In an effort to deliver high quality education that meets the needs of employers, Havering College offer practical, hands-on courses for adults and teenagers. Modules in Animantion, Web Design, and Digital Graphics are available in their Web Development & Design programme. 5. Working Men's College, Camden- A Beacon College And speaking of considering the working person.... Check out Working Men's College. Founded in 1854, this Beacon college has over 150 years of experience providing outstanding courses for working adults- namely those who lack an earlier education. Their Graphics & Digital Arts programme is available to both beginners and pros. Courses include, Dreamweaver, Graphics, Manga Graphics, Photoshop, and Web Design. 6. Kensington and Chelsea College If you're looking to enhance your professional development in the areas of multimedia and graphics design, then odds are Kensington and Chelsea College have a course for you. The school has access to a wide range of industry professionals who train in the areas of graphic design, multimedia, computer aided design, web design, and video and DVD production. And the list doesn't end here. There are a ton of courses in London that teach web design and, in today's digital age, it is certainly not a bad field to study.
