Like your teeth, we should keep our joints in regular shape and hygiene. The best way to keep your joints in its best shape and hygiene is by having regular weekly massage. Massage helps to get rid of the built up of toxins and stiffness in your joints making it healthy.

6. Stretch all your muscles

Stretching helps to keep your joints relaxed and comfortable. If you don’t stretch your muscles, your joints will stiffen and tighten up. This can cause significant joint issues in the near future.
