Here are some great tips that you can follow for an effective yeast candida diet.

There are foods with ingredients or contents that must be avoided. Some of these foods include

a. Cookies, Pretzels, Rolls and other breads.

b. Vinegar Products - Pickles, Mayonnaise, Barbecue Sauce, Salad Dressing, Mushroom, Mustard and Pickles.

c. Sugar and Dairy Foods - Milk, Cakes, Pastries, Chocolates, Maple Syrup, and Soft drinks.

d. Cheese, Cured Bacon, Pistachios, Peanuts, Mushrooms and Meats (Smoked, Pickled or Dried)

e. Alcoholic Beverages

These foods all help to feed yeast and promote its growth in our body. In order to successfully follow a yeast free diet, you must be able to control these food cravings.

You also want to prevent the intake of antibiotics. Antibiotics can kill all kinds of bacteria in the body even "good" bacteria that the body needs. This is one of the main reasons why many types of meat must be avoided. Most farmers give antibiotics to there livestock.

Avoid being over stressed or pressured. Stress is the number one factor of certain diseases. Stress strains the body and can often cause a negative reaction. Having an imbalance caused by stress can lead to overgrowth or over production of yeast in the body. It's important to exercise as this causes the body to produce endorphins which in turn helps to maintain a healthy stress level.

Eat several times in a day. Six times per day is a good number to stick around. This helps to regulate digestion properly and increases energy level. This helps to prevent hunger and cravings for the some of the foods that are not allowed.

Be consistent with your diet. What is sacrificing your favorite foods for 1 to 2 months? With this duration, you can be assured that you are getting rid of the toxins that are present in your body. If you are consistent, you can easily rid your body of yeast and you can start eating your favorite foods again.

If you are not willing to observe a proper yeast free diet for between six to eight weeks then you will likely continue to suffer from symptoms like diarrhea, bloating, excess gas, migraines, infections, depression and headaches.

Try to live a yeast free life for just a few months and you'll be on the road to recovery! Don't ignore your health any longer. Have more energy, feel better and be happier!
