3 Easy Ways to Lose 12kgs Naturally in 2 Months

A lot of people gain a lot of weight these days because of work, diet and stress levels. Although it is hard to make major changes, there can be little changes along the way that could make big differences. For example, 10-15 minute walk has been known in Chinese medicine to help your body weight and increase your life expectancy.

Are you finding it hard to enjoy your life and still packing on the kilos? Well let me help you, I’ve lost a few kilograms from 90kg to 78 in just 2months with this special diet I will share with you. My wife reduced her weight from 68kg to 55kg. I am sharing my easy tips with you because it’s not hard and you can still enjoy your life and the great food to enjoy, but you just need to incorporate some additional and simple exercises along the way.

Here are my useful tips:

Breakfast:

Exercise light for 15 minutes when you wake up Drink one cup of green tea in the morning Have a slice of toast with small amounts of butter Have a banana

Lunch:

Go to work, have a coffee with slim milk and one teaspoon of sugar Have another cup of green tea Have brown rice with some meat and vegetables. Afterwards, go for a 10-15minute stroll to breath in fresh air NB: If you are ever tempted to have a snack at your desk during the day, just limit yourself to fruit and nuts, nor are they tasty and good for you.

Dinner:

After work, you may feel tired. Have a little siesta for no more than 20 minutes. After this, you will feel energetic and revitalised. Exercise for 30 minutes and then have dinner. Have another cup of green tea. After you eat, do not sit down straight away. Stand up or walk around for 20 minutes. This will help you digest.

Please avoid overly fatty foods. You can still indulge in yummy foods but avoid excessive amounts. After 2 weeks, should feel a new vigour in your life and you will start to look great and so will your friends and family. If this is not enough motivation, perhaps you can read some health books and articles to see how other people battled the bulge successfully. These articles may help motivate you more. Trust me, these are the easiest tips you can take and apply to your lifestyle and will reap the many benefits.
