Seventy three year old Jane Fonda recently spoke about the plastic surgery procedures she has gone through of late. Fonda, who absolutely does not look her age and is one of the most gorgeous seventy three year olds alive today, spoke to Entertainment Tonight revealing she had undergone cosmetic plastic surgery. In fact she revealed more on her blog where she admitted to having work done on her chin as well as on her neck. During her interview with Entertainment Tonight, Jane Fonda said "It was a hard decision to make and I decided if I'm going to do it, I'm going to tell the truth. I'm writing a book about aging, so I can't write that book and not say I've had plastic surgery. And you know, I just decided it was for me, I don't want to have bags under my eyes that make me look tired, and so forth and so on." It is actually quite pleasing to hear someone like Jane Fonda who is not just loved by everyone but also well respected to come out and admit to having cosmetic plastic surgery. It is a topic of great interest to many: why celebrities do not admit to undergoing any kind of cosmetic procedures, whether surgical or non surgical. Hence it is always extremely refreshing to see that at least a few celebrities have it in them to opt for cosmetic surgery and not hide it from the world. Jane Fonda is about to release another workout video in November of this year and also will be seen in the new movie "You Again" which is scheduled to be released in the last week of September. As mentioned above, Jane does not look her age at all and can give actresses and other celebrities much younger a real run for their money. Of course she credits remaining active as the main force behind her health and gorgeous looks. She also says she is careful about what she eats and walks a lot as well. We think Jane Fonda is the perfect role model for those aspiring for cosmetic surgery as she is not just one of those who either gets cosmetic surgery and tries to hide it, or uses only plastic surgery as a tool to appear her best. She is one of those who has a much more balanced lifestyle and follows a good diet and exercise plan, and at the same time uses cosmetic surgery as a bonus, not so that she can avoid taking care of herself.
