It stimulates openness of the solar plexus and helps ease tense situations. The Sapphire is said to improve one's connection with the divine mind and is the stone for September. It also opens the mind to beauty and intuition. October's Opal, restores harmony on all levels. It can help with spontaneity of action and decisions and with understanding the forces of mysticism, intuition and shamanism Citrine and Topaz are both November stones. Citrine shields and protects the solar plexus and moderates the energy of the power chakra, smoothing dealings with others while maintaining your personal power. Topaz helps to attract and absorb that which is needed from the universe. If one wants to change one's physical world it can help by putting you in touch with the self's higher desires. The stone for spiritual attunement is turquiose as it aligns all the chakras. Blue Topaz and Tanzaniote are also December stones, believed to help with expressing psychic insight and to facilitiate communication between the third and other dimensions.
