You can easily develop the surprisingly natural skill of building up incredible levels of Chi, or life force energy, through the application of your subconscious mind power. By developing you Chi, or life energy force, you can easily learn to manipulate it, and pass it on to others.
The closest thing to Chi is "The Force," from the movie Star Wars. Since the idea of Chi comes from eastern thinking, and George Lucas was largely influenced by Samurai movies when making Star Wars, it is widely believed that "The Force" is nothing other than Chi itself.
What is Chi? Chi is the fundamental, and only, energy that exists. According to leading theories in particle physics, before the universe was created, there was pure energy. Everything that exists is a manifestation of this original, or source, energy. Your mind, thoughts, memories, ideas about the future all come from the original, central, energy source.
Even matter is a manifestation of energy, as illustrated by Einstein's famous equation, E=mc^2. Energy equals matter times the speed of light squared. So everything you see, everything you feel, everything you know, is an expression of original energy. What is unknown to many, however, is it is completely possible to easily connect to the one universal super conscious mind, by way of your powerful subconscious, to dramatically increase your life force.
The simplest way is through breathing. You can try this lying down at first, and when you get accustomed this you can do this standing up, and then move on to using sophisticated Qi Gong movements that will vastly increase your ability to increase and manipulate your Chi for a variety of purposes.
First get into a relaxed, comfortable state of mind. Release all thoughts from your mind. Thoughts of the past, worries about the future, thoughts about who you are, simply release them. Once your mind is quiet, imagine deep inside you is your subconscious center. Your subconscious center is linked to the universal super conscious mind. As you inhale slowly, imagine puling in powerful life force from the super conscious mind into your subconscious. When you exhale, get the feeling that the Chi is filling your body, thoughts, and feelings.
It's not necessary to actually picture this happening. Just get a sense that there is a strong connection, and life force is being directly delivered to your center. Once you can get the hang of this while sitting, move to a standing position. The first practice is to face each direction, North, South, East, and West, and slowly inhale and exhale nine times, for a total of 36 breaths.
When you've got this part down, you can move on to adding some simple, but incredibly powerful body movements. As you inhale, slowly bring your arms up from you sides, palms facing the heavens. After you finish the slow inhale, have palms facing each other, about six inches apart, up over your head, with your face tilted slightly up. As you exhale, slowly bring your hands down, so the palms are facing inward. Bring them over your face, your chest, and your stomach, and then return them to your sides.
Again do this nine times while facing each direction. Ten minutes or so is all you need to go through one routine. Daily practice will vastly boost your intuition, your physical health, and your lung capacity. All signs that your life force is increasing.
