How To Quickly And Easily Boost Your Exam Scores With Subconscious Mind Power

Taking exams can be a horrifyingly troubling experience. Many people, even thought they may know the material like the back of their hand, freeze up come exam time, and do poorly. That doesn't have to happen any longer. With simple but effective mind control exercises that maximize your subconscious mind power, you'll easily breeze through any exam.

The reason exams seem so incredibly difficult for some is because you are always under a severe time restriction. Restrictions create stress, and stress is the worse possible thing for both learning and demonstration of learned knowledge. The thing to do is to banish the stress, so you can easily recall the information you need to do well.

This can be easily done with some simple, mind training exercises. The reason you feel stress is you are consciously aware of the time constraint, which causes you to imagine the worst possible outcome, which causes more stress. This builds a seemingly never ending loop of frustration with no escape.

But what if somebody told you that you only had five minutes to send an email to a friend? What about ten minutes to cook a fried egg? Why would these tasks be so simple? Because you know, really and truly know that you can do these things.

After you persuade your subconscious that remembering information on a test or exam is as easy as tying your shoe, then you'll be all aces.

Think of several statement that you would use to describe an exam taking superhero. The simply state them in the first person, and in the present tense. Some examples to get you started:

I remember things easily. I have a fantastic memory. I am always relaxed during exams. I am always the first one finished with my exam. I always get high scores on my exams. Taking exams is easy and natural for me. Scoring high on exams is easy and natural for me.

Play around with these until they seem right for you. When you repeat these affirmations to yourself, be as relaxed and sleepy as possible. In that relaxed, sleepy state close to drifting off into dreamy slumber, you subconscious is most open to suggestions. The ideal time for this is just before falling asleep at night. By continuing to repeat these as you drift off to sleep, you will powerfully reprogram your subconscious mind.

It's also important to feel strong feelings of gratitude and appreciation as you say your affirmations, as if they are already true. This may feel a bit odd, especially if you aren't very good right now at taking exams, but it will get easier with practice. With sufficient consistency, strong emotions and saying these while you are in that sleepy, drowsy state, your exam scores will drastically improve in a very short amount of time.
