If you have undergone any kind of cosmetic plastic surgery, it is nothing to hide anymore. Cosmetic surgeries have become quite common and there is a huge change in attitude towards the industry. More and more patrons of the plastic surgery industry are openly talking about what kind of cosmetic enhancements they have undergone and are also open about future cosmetic surgery plans. Yet when it comes to celebrities, not all are ready to accept the number of surgical or non surgical cosmetic procedures they have gone through. Unfortunately by not admitting to cosmetic enhancements, they are setting unrealistic expectations of beauty in their loyal fans. Hence we over here salute those rare celebrities who come out and admit to any kind of cosmetic enhancements they may have gone through. 1) George Clooney - The first celebrity that we absolutely adore who has admitted to plastic surgery is George Clooney. The Hollywood hunk has the title of being the sexiest man alive for several years now and it was absolutely amazing of him to admit having work done on his eyes few years back. In fact he opened up about plastic surgery during an interview by Julia Roberts for Oprah Winfrey's Oscars Special in 2007. What amazed everyone is that George Clooney is that one person who could have easily gotten away with not admitting to any kind of cosmetic enhancements. He just looks absolutely natural and no one would have suspected a thing. Yet he chose to admit having work done on his eyes which just shows how confident he is about himself. George Clooney has got to be one of the most admired celebrities' worldwide. 2) Sharon Osbourne: Fans might not have taken a liking to her latest round of cosmetic surgeries but the judge of America's Got Talent has always been quite open about all kinds of plastic surgery procedures she has gone through. We have spoken about it before on this site of how Sharon Osbourne is one of those rare celebrities who are frank and honest about cosmetic surgeries and how it transformed her appearance completely. In fact she is definitely someone who has done the best job possible with cosmetic surgery and everyone finds her to be quite elegant, graceful and gorgeous at the same time. 3) Heidi Montag: You either love her or hate her, but you have got to admire her openness about cosmetic surgery. Of course with the number of surgeries she has gone through, some would argue it would be impossible for her to hide any of the plastic surgery procedures she underwent especially since her entire face appears quite different from what it used to be. Of course a lot of people feel the reality star has actually spoilt her charm by going overboard on cosmetic surgeries, but it does not look like Heidi Montag is going to stop anytime soon with word coming out of more surgeries planned in the near future.
