Ancient Celts once observed the oak's massive growth and impressive branched expanse above them. They interpreted this as a clear sign that the oak tree was to be honored for its endurance, strength, and noble presence. Wearing oak leaves was once a sign of special social status among the Celts as well as ancient Greeks and Roman people. They believe the Oak is connected with great strength, money, success, fertility, and even good fortune. To carry the acorn of an oak in your pocket when you go to an important interview or business meeting is believed to give you good luck.
