3 Easy Ways to Reduce and Prevent Wrinkles Forming Prematurely

1 - Lemon and lime

Apply lemon on your skin, that’s right, lemon juice! People may think it burns your skin, but I’ve being doing this for 15 years since I was 15 years old, now I’m 30 and people think I’m 21. This is no lie; people ask me this all the time. I have to be honest and admit my age.

At the end of the day, before I wash myself, i use a quarter of lemon juice and directly apply on my facial skin. It gives you an extremely burning sensation and you feel burnt.

With the remaining juice on the lemon, i scrub the rest of my body. It gives your body a nice and natural lime fragrance afterwards.

2 - Have a healthy diet

Have a balanced diet. Yes, have your indulgences, but don’t forget the healthy vegetables and fruits. You need to eat these too, because they will help supply valuable nutrients to your skin.

Try this simple drink list. You can mix it in a 1L thermos and drink from it during the day, and still keep it warm:

Monday - green tea during the day

Tuesday - lemon and honey tea

Wednesday - Fresh ginger and green tea

Thursday - turmeric in hot water

Friday - Jasmine brown tea

Saturday - whole peel and mandarin in warm water

Sunday - honey and green tea

Of course, you can still continue to have your coffee, but don’t go over 2 per day

3 - Exercise your facial muscles regularly

In the morning, I do 15 minutes of body warming and stretching. This includes warming my facial muscles, tongue, massaging my scalp and cheeks.

-Before you get out of bed, lie relaxed. Move your eyes left right, repeat 20 times, then, move your eyes up and down, repeat 20 times. Now circle your eyes clockwise 30 times, then anti-clockwise 30 times.

-Next, massage you face with your warm hands.

-Rotate your jaw clockwise 20 times, then the other way 20 times.

-With your tongue, try to touch your nose with it, then with draw it. Try again for another 20 times. This will prevent your developing a second chin prematurely.

-You can perform simple stretches from the head down to your toes. You whole body is like an engine, and for it to run smoothly the whole day, it needs proper warming up and the joints to be lubricated.

After the exercise, reward yourself with a cup of green tea and another indulgent cup of coffee. Why not, you’ve worked hard for it!
