Finding the people to promote your business to is just the first step. The second step, which is equally important, is to contact and invite your business prospects. This requires a good deal of talent and abilities on your part. There are the right way and the improper way to contact business prospects. Of course, you only want to do it the right way. Otherwise, you will lose those precious contacts that could otherwise earn you a big amount of money. To contact your business prospects you have to be very formal about it. Keep in mind that this is a business you're talking about. You don't want to be considered as a fraud or a scammer by simply approaching your prospect without preparation. You have to use the right words and the right tools. Email is still the best way to contact business prospects. Be sure that you write your emails carefully. No slangs, jargons, or partisan remarks allowed. You have to be very precise about your words. Don't make yourself too vocal on issues. Take the safest path all the time. You don't want to shoo business prospects away rather than invite them in. You also have to keep in mind that you need more than just one email template to get your message across. You have to prepare many email marketing correspondences. Write about 15 different emails, if possible. Each email should have a different view and tone. Also, make sure that each email is written well. It should be a call to action email that would entice people to join your business on each contact. As much as possible, don't send emails that look very much like a template. Try to include your business contact's name in the heading and the body of your email to make it more personal. The more personal the tone of your email, the better results you are going to get. Write your emails like you would write a friend. This way, your message would be read instead of being deleted right away due to its intense advertising content. Experts say that business contacts only respond after about 12 emails sent to them. Therefore, you have to stick around until that 12th email. You should be prepared for the long and tedious job of contacting your prospects on a regular basis and not wavering at all. Keep in mind that you may not always get favorable results with your hard work. But nevertheless, you won't be able gain benefits by not doing these at all. When constructing the email itself, you have to include the live links of your business opportunity. Double check that these links work, otherwise the whole email will be worthless. It won't matter if it's your splash page, your affiliate link, or a personal website. For as long as your emails direct your business prospects to the right places, you should be good. Before sending out your email, read it thrice over. As much as possible, read the same email you'll send hours apart. This will give you a fresh new view every time. And you can definitely inculcate that in your email to make it sound better. You will also spot all grammatical errors and sentence structure errors if you do.
