How To Hypnotize Yourself To Virtually Guarantee Your Future

Your mind is a powerful tool. A tool that most people don't even come close to using to its full capacity. In this article I'll show you one of the many ways you can leverage your minds power to achieve a worthy goal in your future. It only takes a few moments to set up, and can serve you for a lifetime.

The first thing you need to do is choose something that you'd really like to have six months to a year from now. Think big, but be realistic. Becoming the President of the United States, for example, might be a stretch. However, doubling your income, losing a significant amount of body fat, finding and ideal partner are all completely realistic.

OK, got your goal? Good. Now think of at least three different visualizations of what it will look like when you achieve your goal. Make them as real as possible. What will you see, hear, feel, taste? What will people be saying to you? Think of as much evidence as possible, so that it will be proof of your accomplishments. For example, if you want to lose weight, imagine standing in front of a mirror, putting on a significantly smaller article of clothing that you can fit into now, and really see it, feel it, imagine hearing somebody congratulate you.

Now that you've got your three images, it's time to set up a trigger word for each one. Each trigger word has to have something to do with your goal in general, and should be different. For the weight loss example, you might choose slim, trim, and fit.

The next part will take a week or so, but it's easy, so don't worry. At least three times a day, spend a few minutes visualizing each one that you came up with. With each visualization, silently repeat your trigger word for each one. So you'll go through three different pictures (rich with sounds and feelings and sights) and attach one trigger word to each picture. A great time to do this is right when you wake up in the morning, and right before you go to sleep at night.

It's a really good idea to write your trigger words on a business size cards so you can easily carry them with you. This will really help you burn it into your brain, and link up the trigger word with your picture.

Once you've got them linked, all you need to do is sneak a quick glance at the cards a few times during the day, and your subconscious will take it from there. You won't even have to worry about it ,as it will have become automatic. This is one of the many ways you can take advantage of the powers of your subconscious mind for massive benefit.
