Okay ladies it is almost that time of year, yeah you know it is the end of summer, not quite fall, and headed for winter. That's right and what do all of us women do at this time of year. Exactly, we begin to start looking for those nice, comfortable, calf fitting boots. We all know as women that there is just something about boots that are different from other types of clothing and accessories. They can make or break an outfit. Let me give you a few tips for measuring your calf, in order to purchase a pair of boots that have the perfect fit and feel for you. The first thing you will want to do is to sit with your foot flat on the floor, now take a tape measure and wrap it around your calf at the largest point. Make sure you wrap the tape tightly in order to get an accurate measurement, now do this for both of your legs. If you do not have a measuring tape handy then you can use a string. Once you have an accurate measurement take the higher of the two and you are ready to begin shopping for your new calf fitting boots. It is imperative that you find a pair of boots that have a comfortable fit overall. After all ladies we wear boots to give us a classy look, to make us feel sophisticated. With calf fitting boots we can dress up or down play any outfit, turning our daytime wear into a fun evening wear. Give a classy look to our jeans, so many fashion statements can be made with our boots. However, if we are trying to be fashionable and the boots we are trying to wear fit too tightly or too loosely causing us pain every time we walk, sit, or stand then our pain will show and the look we were going after will be lost. So as I said before check out if the calf fitting boots you have fallen in love will be the perfect fit for you. Not all boots come in wide sizes and not all come in narrow sizes. So most definitely proper measuring techniques are a must. Don't fool yourself into thinking that size doesn't matter because it does. So get out your measuring tape and don't waste any time the season for boots is right around the corner.
