They press on through adversity and don't give up easily. They often focus on the end result of their hard work and not the obstacles that plague them on the way to success. Business startups that succeed are operated by entrepreneurs that understand that things don't always go according to plan. Even the best marketing and business plan may not account for the many issues that may crop up in the course of the early stages of business. They understand the need to go back to the drawing board time and again and tweak their original plan as necessary.
