There are also the article writers who cannot seem to know how not to plagiarize. Some think that because the internet has billions of articles in them there is no way to figure out if their work is plagiarized or not, and then they get upset when you catch them at it. Well, here are some tips on how to look for article writers (good ones) who can write for your website. First, look for them in legitimate sites like Freelance, Guru and Desk. These are sites where you can post your jobs or projects and where you can also interview the applicants. Second, when you have your applicants, test them out. Send out a paragraph or two or even just a keyword which they can write something about. Make the articles have a limited number of words so you don't get caught in a tidal wave of lengthy articles that may hurt your eyes when you read their nonsensical contents. Once you wade through and filter out the nonsense, target those who have the potential. Third, ask them about their capabilities and their areas of expertise. For example, you should not assign medical or technical articles to someone who knows nothing about it. You would only get disappointed. So settle on what they can do and assign one or two articles to them as a trial. Fourth, remember that whether it is a trial or not, you should pay the minimum amount. Don't think that just because it is a trial you don't have to pay. You will lose writers and you can get bad reviews on the job sites. Fifth, once the articles are submitted to you, check out everything and try to be objective. These articles will make or break you relationship. Check out for plagiarism, article spinning and other dirty tricks. Go to Copy scape and submit the articles. This way you will know if the work is plagiarized. Sixth, once you get hold of a good article writer, make sure that you hang on to them. The better they are, more will hire and if you don't have an established relationship, you may just lose out to someone else.
