Snacks like pizza, cakes, potato chips, donuts, and pies normally have a lot of sugar and salt included and have less in nutritional value. They're sometimes known as “empty calories” § For caffeine and alcohol lovers, minimize your consumption on these beverages. Your limit should only be at least 1-2 cups daily.
