When you have suddenly been dumped, it's normal to feel panicked and depressed. You may feel like doing things out of the ordinary because you are upset by everything you do. Things that you normally wouldn't do with a clear head change when your head is foggy with grief. You suddenly realize that those mistakes you are making are hurting your chances to get your ex back and reconciling. Do you know what these mistakes are? There are 4 big ones that can kill any chance at all. For starters, don't give them extra attention. While you may think it helps your cause, it actually hurts your chances when you're thinking about getting back with your ex. Remember that a breakup is the time to take some time away from one another. You may care about them and want to hear their voice but they should be the last person you call for anything. You can put together a plan to get them back Give both of yourselves a month away from each other. Secondly, never panic should you hear that your ex is dating again. Ninety percent of these relationships fail. You need to be out on the scene as well. Why is this important? Both of you will find out how much the other person meant to you. Those bad times typically melt away with the good feelings of the relationship. By going out with a new date, your ex can miss you and feel jealous when you have someone new with you. She would want you back if she feels this way. Third, stay as active as you were before the breakup. You may feel depressed about the situation but get out and about with friends. Move on and start going out with friends and have some fun and soon you'll find yourself having fun without trying. Besides, you want your ex to overhear that you are doing well without them. Lastly, don't be negative. Never think that you'll never find happiness ever again because you already know that isn't the truth. Try to remember that there are "other fish in the sea" so to speak. Even if things do not work out between you and your ex, there is someone out there for you. Since you and your ex have broken up, the chances of a second go around aren't always a chance of working out. There may be someone out in the world that will make you happier anyways. Sometimes try getting your ex back isn't the thing to do but you won't know unless you have no feelings for them. Are these 4 things the only thing you need to know if you stand a chance to getting your ex back? Not at all but it's a start. A start is all you need to get them back and get into the mindset of getting them back. You want to heal your broken heart as well as win back their heart. It can be simple to do as long as you focus on these points.
