Cloud hosting servers are really the face of technology that is bringing the world closer to the inevitable future. Through centralized information stored in remote cloud devices, getting information about anything has been made extremely easy. But there are certain factors that have contributed in the overwhelming success of cloud computing, let us have a look at them. Use of the server cloud had been developed a long time back but was restricted to only a certain group of professionals due to their hardware and resources confines. Later on, a form of technology called virtualization was grafted into the service whose algorithm was based on the process simulating virtual environments. By overlying a generic layer of virtual environment over the operating system of the client using an application, a window could be opened in the sky server. Virtualization not only simplified the functionalities of the service but also liberated it from the limitations of the hardware. Resource sharing as a result of portability of client increased productivity and authenticity of the data as verification could be done from the server in a manner of minutes. Virtualization worked on very simple yet remarkable principles that made it possible for cloud servers to be used so efficiently. Without meddling with the hardware and operating system of the client, the application for server access simply simulated a working environment between the client and the server without having to comprise the configurations and settings at both ends. This level of freedom and simplicity than created a fantastic opportunity for the application to be ported over to any data enabled device regardless of its size and processing speed. Servers and their utilization before invention of this technology was totally hardware dependent. Even though the technology was still regarded as cloud due to the server being located far away, hardware and technical expertise required were simply colossal. First the hardware had to be server specific meaning absolutely no form of mobility while the effort to get them installed was a long and cumbersome process, not to mention the chances of malfunctions were simply astronomical. The technology reduced that time to mere minutes giving the user absolute control over the bought services. This has significantly lowered the cost of cloud based computing but has also energized lower entry level novice internet users and developers to utilize their services as per their choice. Cloud computing has truly given the ordinary man to reach the world through just a few clicks. Applications of the technology can be seen in every field of society. Store keepers to manufacturers, website developer to next gen video gamer, all take advantage of the cloud computing one way or the other. No restriction of hardware means every other electronic device has now access to cloud servers of a variety. The future of cloud servers has just started since more new venues for their implementation are being discovered. The service is linking the world together in one seamless net of instantly available information. It would not be long before every single human being would be transmitting every bit of their everyday routines over the service for the sake of eradicating crimes from the streets or by simply avoiding any medical mishap.
