Why Use SEO and Outsourcing?

Search engine optimization and outsourcing are now the current leading trend to increasing sales and revenues, at a fraction of the cost. The outsourcing is usually channeled to foreign countries that treat this new business as a commodity. There is a lot of money in outsourcing services and more and more companies are relying on this new service to make more profits and save on capital.

Despite the fact that the politicians and the American service personnel have aired their concern on the impact of these offshore services, the bottom line that the companies are looking at will define the decisions. For less, they could actually gain more and this is what the investors demand constantly.

Hiring American service personnel will open the company to the usual complications when hiring regular employees, and with the current economic difficulties, meeting the demands may actually cause the company to fail. Thus, turn to offshore service providers. Not only are these companies providing competitive services, they only ask for half, sometimes even less, than that demanded by the mainland workers. Furthermore, there are no CBAs to discuss; there are no insurances to provide and no talk of bonuses.

What the company hired the service to provide is what they pay for, nothing else. They are contractual and they only work in the number of hours agreed upon. Now, this popularity has some cons too. There is now the trend, again, for others to want to jump into the bandwagon of earning US dollars. Conversion of the dollar to the country's own money will make their profits increase tenfold, even more. Exchange rates vary in different countries and a dollar may give them more money. So, for Americans, a dollar for a single article will be equivalent to ten of that in their own money. This will now give rise to inadequate service providers which can sometimes ruin a deal.

Companies in the US are now looking for established and recommended offshore companies to do their jobs for them. If the relationship is good, the language barriers and the knowledge needed to make a good SEO service can be taught and learned. Some companies even treat their new providers much like they would treat a new and inexperienced employee, they train them and once trained, the service is greatly improved and the relationship will blossom to an increase in sales and revenues.

Bottom line is the bottom line after the statistics are analyzed. If the SEO and outsourcing increases the profits, then the American companies have no logical choice but to go offshore for their service needs.
