To visit the O'hea Gulch State Park - commonly known as the Seven Sacred Pools - you must pay admission to park and camp. Take advantage of the many picnic table pavilions in the parks and on the beaches, which include grills to cook an outdoor dinner - preferably with fish you caught, or fruits like guavas, mangos and coconuts that can be purchased at local stands along the way to Hana.
Beyond the typical - and expensive - tourist attractions that Maui is known for, this tropical paradise has much more to offer to those who are on a budget or just seeking a different kind of experience.
