Emergency and first aid kits are as important as your tent and sleeping bags. This type of activity is dangerous so you must be prepared for minor accidents such as cuts or bruises. Sometimes headaches and stomach upsets are also possible during this time. Thus, it is best that you bring first aid medicines and other medical paraphernalia for unexpected occurrences. Proper clothes and footwear should go inside your backpack. Never bring heavy clothes as they can only add up to the weight of your bag. Bring the right clothes and shoes for this activity. These clothes will protect your from extreme cold or hot weather conditions. As for the footwear, your feet will need full protection from the rough trails and stones that you will be stepping on.
