If you don't think that you have the time to learn proper self defense, then you have just run out of excuses. You no longer need to go to a weekly class or work out in the gym to be able to properly defend yourself. With self defense videos, you can now learn how to defend yourself from the comfort of your own home.

If you are looking for a self defense video, the first and last place you need to look at is close combat training. There are of course hundreds of different videos that you can buy but they will all only give you one piece of the puzzle. Since there are so many different kinds of martial arts and defense tactics, it is important to find one that suits all of your needs at once. That is why close combat training is above and beyond the best. It will give you all the tools necessary to create that sense of mind that you need to have in order to best defend yourself. It will also provide you with the tools needed to take down any attacker in a matter of seconds.

And the beauty of self defense videos is that you can practise the material at home without anyone watching you. For some who aren't used to working out in gyms, it can be a daunting task to work out in public. You may feel as though the other people are watching your or judging you, especially if you are new to the practise. But with these videos, you can simply pop it in at night after work and start learning right from your living room.

The amount of things you can learn is incredible. And since you are alone, the trainer on the screen acts as your own personal trainer. He or she won't be bothered by other people asking questions. They are there to help you and only you. You have their undivided digital attention. And if there is a particular move or strategy that is hard for you to grasp, you can simply rewind and keep trying it until you get it. This is great for someone who is a visual learner. You can just keep watching it and watching it until it finally clicks.

Although you certainly don't need to have anyone else around, it might be helpful to practise with a partner. That is of course once you get the basics down. Practising with your husband, roommate or relative can be a great way to put what you learn in a self defense video into practise. Of course, make sure not to hurt them or they certainly won't want to help you learn in the future.

We live in a digital age now. There is no longer a need to physically go where the services are offered. You can learn almost anything from the comfort of your own home. You can get a college diploma, learn to play guitar and learn to defend yourself all from home.

So make sure that you don't leave yourself vulnerable to random crime. Get your close combat self defense videos as soon as possible and put the advantage back in your hands.
