Unfortunately this is a problem that has plagued children and teens for many years, and it has only gotten worse with kids carrying around cell phones. With the wide spread use of these phones also comes the technology that allows certain individuals to recover deleted text from these devices. If you as a parent suspect that your teen is either bullying or being bullied, this is an option that can give you the answers that your teen may not want to share with you.
