Lyme disease affects the body's nervous system, bones and muscles, blood circulation, breathing, skin, eyes, ears, digestive tract, genitourinary tract, and causes general body malaise. Genitourinary tract Once the genitourinary tract is infected the Lyme carrier will experience pain in the pelvic region, testis, and other genitourinary pains. This is because the bacteria causes the urethra and bladder to inflame. Genitourinary malfunctioning will cause the affected person to lose his or her interest in sex. General body malaise Lyme disease symptoms will cause general body malaise, including frequent tiredness and loss of energy. Flu and fever is common discomfort which results in an irregular weight loss or gain. It is also believed that Lyme bacteria imitates some psychiatric disorders. If any of these symptoms are frequently observed, then it is advisable to have a check-up with an expert doctor for an early medication and prevention. Lyme disease can be fatal.
