A lot of people really never notice the garage door. Not until it is finally broken, that is. To help you out with keeping your garage doors spic and span here are a few tips you can follow: As you know, TM60 doors are mechanized by electronic or gas powered equipment. This equipment needs special cleaning and oiling up. You have to make sure that you check on the machines for at least once a month or have them calibrated by an expert. It will ensure you and your family's safety that this equipment works properly. You do not want the garage door closing suddenly on you or anyone else if this mechanism fails. Keep track of any irregular noises because these will give you a head's up if there are any problems. Keep ventilation in your garage at a good level so that there will be no build up of condensation of door parts. Check for rusting and always keep your door protected with sealants or anti-rust paint. Keep the opening area clear so that no obstructions can cause damage to you door.
