A pair of shoes, some sorts and a T-shirt, perhaps a hat if you live in a particularly sunny climate, and you are all set. Once you begin walking on a daily basis, you'll be happily amazed at all the wonderful and unexpected benefits you can hope to receive. Why not get started today?
