The standard length of the rod is about 1.8 meters and you can have any choice of material along with a durable reel and fishing line. Baits

hooks and baits are also important in a fishing adventure. the rod and reel are rendered useless if you don't attach any hooks and baits. Most fishing enthusiasts use live baits such as the earthworm which is the most common among the baits. Other insects that can be used as effective baits are grasshoppers and crickets, or other smaller fish.

Pliers and knives

Pliers are handy for removing the hooks from the caught fish sometimes. Needlenose pliers have cutters that are able to snip lines and sometimes hooks, they can also used for various jobs. Bring also with you handy stainless steel knives, it's convenient for trimming the bait, cutting the line and other things, as well as cleaning the freshly caught fish. Some have also a hook disgorger found at the end of the scaling blade.

Sunblock and protective gear

Since you would be out in the sun for a long time, you need to protect yourself rom the harmful UV rays with the use of a sunscreen. Protective and comfort gear are also needed in this outdoor activity suh as a fishing hat and a vest.

Toilet paper

Bring some toilet paper placed in a portable container to maintain its dryness. It can be useful in wiping off splashes of water, starting fires or removing extra sunblock from your eyes and skin.

Files and nail clippers

Fingernail clippers are convenient substitutes for knives in clipping fishing lines. Files are needed in keeping the hooks pointed and sharpen the knives. A small flat file is just what you need to carry along.

Consider in bringing these stuffs and make sure that everything is in perfect order. Make your fishing adventure a memorable one.
