It had the highest advance ticket sales in history for both the UK and Germany. For a foot-tapping experience full of romance and amazing dancing, this production doesn't disappoint. In August 2005 We Will Rock You became the longest running musical to play at the Dominion Theatre. There have been more than 11 million theatre tickets sold worldwide for the production and over 4.5 million people have watched the production in London. The show is set in the future when musical instruments have been banned and the only music available is electronic tunes. The story focuses on a group of rebels intent on bringing the use of musical instruments back and saving the world from having to listen to electronic tunes, with Queen's music incorporated throughout the production. This energetic West End show really will rock you! The Mousetrap is the longest running show in the world. It first broke records when it became the longest running production of any kind in the history of British theatre on 12 April 1958. The story focuses on people trapped in a country house due to a snowstorm, and is adapted from Agatha's Christie's mystery novel. Things start to go wrong when a murder takes place in the house. Test how good your own detective skills are and enjoy the drama whilst trying to figure out who the culprit is in this famous West End show. These West End shows are not to be missed, and with millions having already seen them they are proving they're well worth the viewing.
