When an air conditioning system has been idle during the winter months, it may not work properly at the start of a new season. This can attribute to a mold problem. -Inspect electrical components for corrosion or damage to eliminate fire hazards. -Ensure that the unit is operating efficiently with full power. Following these few steps and enlisting the aid of an air conditioner service expert should ensure that your air conditioning system is operating at optimum level. This will not only give you better performance from your a/c but will actually save you money.
