It's not surprising that the IT industry is growing more heavily dependent on cloud computing service providers. Cloud computing infrastructure employs a technology that uses the internet to maintain data and other applications as well. This technology has now become very popular with various companies and businesses. Cloud software gives the user the liberty to access their data from any computer. The cloud software uses technology that involves a connection to various multiple servers. Any website that is employing the cloud server has the advantage that it is connected to several servers at one time. This benefit is not supported by traditional hosting services. Traditional hosts are restricted to one server at a time. However, with the cloud software, the user has unlimited processing power and additional servers can be added to boost the power at any time. The great number of advantages of cloud software makes it the obvious choice for most major websites today. Take for example the different sorts of websites and online services like Hotmail, Yahoo mail, Google Docs, Facebook, Twitter, Orkut, WordPress, eBay, Craig's List, TripAdvisor, and Yelp. These websites get millions of visitors a day. This shows that cloud computing is integrated in our everyday lives and it has intelligently taken control of all IT related issues. The Internet is being shaped by cloud computing now. The desktop will not die out; however, it will evolve and become improved in new ways and co-ordinate with remote computing. Most users predict that in the future they will make use of a sophisticated desktop hybrid that is extremely user friendly and will be the primary interface for information. It is said that the desktop and other private networks will provide the same services but with better functioning. The main improvement will be the speed and efficiency of the services. Eventually cloud computing deployment will transform the private sector and IT related applications. Nonetheless there are people who feel that the security of cloud software is not reliable. These users think that cloud software exposes private information, making such information accessible for unauthorized access as well as making it vulnerable to machine and human error. Compatibility is another issue to be dealt with. An easy shift to cloud software should be made available to users. Legal issues, intellectual property issues, privacy, access, and lack of broadband spectrum in case the load increases are only some of the problems some people have with cloud software. The matters earlier mentioned need to be dealt with before cloud software can be fully accepted by all users. These matters notwithstanding, however, cloud software is being used now by lots of international websites. This fact is an attestation to the effectivity and reliability of cloud software.
