My goodness, there are a lot of mobile phones out there. Everyday there is a new phone with more features out there. But what about basic mobile devices, nothing fancy just basic, don't those still exist? Yes, yes they do. And with good reason too because it seems inevitable that landlines, with exception to businesses, will more or less die out completely. Who needs a home phone line when everyone in the household has unlocked cell phones and Panasonic cell phones in their pockets? Well because there are so many cell phones available today, let's start off by learning about some great Panasonic Cell Phones, and basic ones at that!

The Panasonic GU87 - These Panasonic cell phones feature a large, brilliant color display, a built-in camera, an infrared port, a quality life battery and it is a world phone. In addition, it offers MMS and speakerphone. It is not the glitziest phone to date, but if you're looking for the ability of unlocked cell phones with all the basic mobile device needs, then this is a great match.

The Panasonic A100 - These unlocked cell phones feature 480 minutes of talk time, a small though vibrant screen and a weight of only 2.3 ounces. The phone has great texting functions, superior call quality and it does a nice job of keeping clear and loud when outside noise can be a distraction. These are great Panasonic Cell Phones for anyone looking to keep it basic.

The Panasonic G50 - These Panasonic Cell Phones take full advantage of its color display by supporting EMS (Enhanced Messaging Service). It is a light and compact phone that is perfect for anyone that just needs a phone to make a call once in a while. And because it only weighs 2.6 ounces, even if you only purchase it to replace a landline, it will never be a burden taken out of the house. They're also great unlocked cell phones.

Yes, basic phones are becoming less common but they are still great for those who think minimally and simply don't need a smart phone or a multimedia phone. If that's your situation then you can still find great unlocked cell phones as well as Panasonics on the market. So don't be afraid of all that extra technology out there, because there is undoubtedly many basic phones waiting for you. Simply do your research and you can find that replacement landline in practically no time.
