Love sailing? Create your own nautical charm bracelet!

The ocean, lakes and other large bodies of water hold a natural attraction for many people. Finding charms that symbolize a wonderful relaxing cruise, a weekend at the beach or even a vacation at the lake are excellent ways to start collections of charms that are a sure hit for anyone.

There are many different types and styles of nautical charms. Gold charms are very common in a nautical theme that may include water symbols, boats and even diving equipment. Since these icons are so classic for a nautical theme there are literally hundreds of different charms to choose from.

Not to be slighted, silver charms with a variety of the same and different nautical themes are also very popular and very much in demand. These silver charms can be used exclusively on a silver bracelet or the two types of metals can be combined for a very dazzling type of charm bracelet.

Watercraft of all types are typically found in nautical collections and styles of charms. These can include motor boats, sail boats, ocean liners and even canoes and kayaks. Waterskiing and even paddle boat charms can all add to the overall theme and collection.

For those that love being at the water but not on the water, charms that symbolize the beach or fishing may be the perfect option. These can include objects such as sand castles, beach umbrellas or even starfish and sea shells in a variety of different types of charms. These fanciful types of collections are great for women and girls of all ages.

For younger girls, starting out with a collection of nautical charms may include adding charms with gem chips or collar accents. These brightly colored bracelets and charms are sure to be a hit with girls when they are young as well as when they get a bit older.

Divers will love the variety of diving theme related charms that can be part of a nautical them. Snorkels and masks, miniature charms of divers and even charms of objects found at the bottom of the ocean are all great ideas to add to the bracelet. Special charms may be possible for winning awards or gaining certification for different types of dives.

Fish, sea mammals and even birds found on and around the various bodies of water can all be added to a nautical themed bracelet. Don't forget the many underwater plants and even shells that can be added as well. Adding a variety of different charms will really make your bracelet stand out and will provide great memories of wonderful holidays for years to come.
