Motorola Cell Phones has come out with a great device for those rough and tumblers: the Brute. Some of us need rugged, sturdy cell phones. There is no one reason for this, rather there are many. It might be that one is an avid outdoors man or woman and loves sketchy situations that involve sheer cliffs and slick surfaces. It may be that one is simply klumbsy, always dropping things. It might be that one is rough with all their toys and oblivious to the damage which he or she causes them. It also has a messaging feature via the Nextel Direct Connect and Group Messaging that allows users to create group of up to 20 people and send messages to them, all at the same time.
Motorola Cell Phones more standard feature is quite robust, too. It offers users a 2.0 megapixel camera that includes a flash option, GPS navigation, rubberized housing (for those inevitable drops), big internal and external color displays, a music player as well as stereo Bluetooth. No, it does not boast all the amenities of some smart phones out there today but for its purpose as an indestructible phone it does offer an impressive feature set.
So for those who like to play catch with their cell phone or who use it as a door stop the newest member of the Motorola Cell Phones family, the Brute, may be the perfect device. The fact that it can withstand beatings from three entirely different weather systems and still make a call with good quality is a feat in and of itself. There's no question this phone is filling a niche market, but one that desperately needed such a device. This phone will find homes quickly as people have surely waited a while for this.
