If their drivers are not experienced or fully licensed you don't want to hand your automobile over to a company. Knowing if they are experienced and licensed will ensure you that your vehicle will arrive where it needs without damage. This gives you much needed peace of mind. 3. Does the transport company offer free quotes? You don't want to hire any company without first getting a free quote from them. This quote will tell you a lot of helpful information that will help you make a more informed decision about what company is the best to hire. If a company doesn't offer a free quote then it is a good idea to move on to another one. The free quote is also important so there are no surprise charges later on. 4. Do they offer a written contract? Again this is important so that there are no unexpected surprises after you decide to hire a particular transport company. If there is no contract then you seriously need to reconsider hiring that particular company. 5. Does the company require a deposit? Some companies want you to pay 10 to 25% of the full price for a deposit, while others will not require any deposit at all. Other companies want full payment up front.
