Having some wine stashed in your home is one of the most rewarding experiences you can have. It is not only fun to have your own project at home. It also makes you feel secure that you can have wine when you want to. It is hard to believe why other people are not creating easy homemade wine. The process is not only easy to do but it will also teach you how to look at wine in a different light. From here, I know that I managed to get the attention of the wine connoisseurs out there. Here is how to create easy homemade wine.

To begin, you will need the following ingredients. You will need 8 pounds of sugar, food coloring and 4 ounces of yeast. You will also need around 5 pounds of blue grapes, 3 gallons of water and a pound of wheat. You will also need two egg whites along with an earthen jar with lid and a long spoon. Once you have gathered the ingredients, you can now proceed to the wine making process.

The first thing you need to do is to separate the grapes from the stalk. This wine is based on grapes and not on juice concentrate. You will be happy when you tasted this wine because it is so easy to do. After separating, wash the grapes. Just put them in a container and allow running water to fill it. Drain it afterwards.

After draining the water, crush the grapes. I recommend that you use your hand when doing this. It may make your fingers look like prunes but it will be worth it. Put the crushed grapes in an earthen jar and set it aside.

Now that you have your grapes ready, it is time to prepare the other ingredients. Take the egg whites and whip it well. Add 4 pounds of sugar and add the other ingredients to the crushed grapes in the earthen jar. After you have mixed everything, cover the jar with a lid. Make sure that it is completely sealed. This way, there will be no insects or bacteria that can get inside the jar.

From here, the wine is almost ready. You just need to let it sit for 21 days. Keep the jar in a cool, dry place. Open the lid once a day and stir the contents. Replace the lid after stirring.

After 21 days, add the remaining 4 pounds of sugar. You can skip this step if you want your wine bitter. Let the wine sit for 21 more days.

When the 21 days are over, strain the wine with a nylon cloth. Add some food coloring if you want. Add the color by drop and mix it with a spoon. Do not pour it or your wine's color will be too rich.

Congratulations. You have just made your very own easy homemade wine. It was easy right? All it took are a few ingredients and some waiting time. Of course, the longer you let it sit, the better the wine will be. If you want to create some more, then buy more earthen jars. Just don't forget to sit back and enjoy your wine.
