It doesn't matter if you bought vending machines for sale or if you are still on the fence about making a purchase — you want to try and maximize your products as much as you can when it comes to these machines, and that might require you trying something a little different. Sure, you could keep things the same and stock your snack vending machines with cookies and crackers, drink vending machines with water and juice and a soda vending machine with all sorts of pops and sodas. Or, you could try something out that's totally different. Who knows, it just might be your new selling point!
One of the biggest things I need to mention before we even get into the ideas is your location. If you are selling candy bars and soda in your vending machines, is it going to be smart to put it next to a gym? Probably not. So when you think about your products you also need to think about where the snack vending machines, drink vending machines, and soda vending machines will go best.
Now onto the ideas. One of the things I've always thought about was a Surf Wax vending machine. It's kind of odd I know, but if you were to place one or two of these by some really popular surfing beaches in Hawaii or California, you could end up making a lot of money. You could either choose to stock only one kind of surf wax or to sell a variety of brands and types. No matter what, go with something popular and try to sell it for a lower price than a store would. Try brands like Mr. Zog's Sex Wax (the top selling brand), Murph's Surf Wax, Sticky Bumps Surf Wax, Ocean and Earth Surf Wax, etc. You can even go all out and feature different colors and smells. It's up to you!
Another neat idea is for a pre-paid cell phone vending machine. Pre-paid phones are the easiest to sell, since they don't require any of the red tape of contracts. You can stock a variety of brands like LG, Blackberry, Sony or Samsung. Just make sure you don't place this puppy in a bad neighborhood, because it would stink if someone took off with the entire machine or tried breaking into it. A good place for this might be around a college campus or a place where a lot of college kids live. College kids never have enough money, and if you are offering a pre-paid, quality cell phone, they will probably bite!
Alternatively, you could try selling memory cards in your vending machines. Just about every single electronic these days uses a memory card — from cell phones and text messenger kits to cameras and computers. You could really end up making a ton of sales here if you put the machines in a place where a lot of advanced technology is taking place.
No matter what products interest you, I would really suggest buying vending machines for sale. Make sure you buy from a quality vending machine manufacture, and remember to think outside the box when it comes to what to put inside!
