Dieting isn't all about eating salad. If you're looking to burn body fat fast, you can help yourself reach your weight loss goals by maintaining a diet that's both healthy and smart. Even exercise outside of the gym has been proven effective, so start with the basics. At work, take the stairs instead of relying on the elevator, or park your car far away from the entrance of your building.
