Increasing your golf swings driving distance is all about increasing the mechanics responsible for the swinging of a golf club. Even though you may not think so, if you play golf then you're a great athlete, and in order to achieve a good golf swing driving distance, you'll require a huge amount of golf specific strength, balance, and of course, Stability. Now, these are all things which will remain beyond your grasp unless you accomplish a great deal of golf specific fitness. Practically all golfers would agree that they would like to experience more golf swings which are effortless and increase power more often than what they do. The only thing preventing you from experiencing such swings is the fact that your body is weak and unable to do so due to a lack of fitness, and the only way around this is for you to begin building up the good muscle. Unless you are willing to acknowledge this, you'll simply end up getting the same results time and time again. Let's just say that this is no time for you to make lots of excuses, but instead, you need to be perfectly honest with yourself by asking yourself just how bad you want to improve your driving distance.

Improving your golf driving distance is all about perfecting the mechanics responsible for the swinging of a club. Even though you may not think so, if you play golf then you're an athlete, and in order to achieve a good golf driving distance, you'll require a huge amount of golf specific strength, balance, stability, and of course, flexibility.

Now, these are all things which will remain beyond your grasp unless you accomplish a great deal of golf specific fitness. Practically all golfers would agree that they would like to experience golf swings which are effortless and powerful more often than what they do.

The only thing preventing you from experiencing such swings is the fact that your body is physically unable to do so due to a lack of fitness, and the only way around this is for you to begin building up the necessary muscles.

Unless you are willing to acknowledge this, you'll simply end up getting the same results time and time again. Let's just say that this is no time for you to make excuses, but instead, you need to be perfectly honest with yourself by asking yourself just how bad you want to improve your driving distance.

As you may well already have noticed, as golfers we're continuously seeing golf clubs being advertised, with the manufacturers telling us that their club will allow you to hit your ball an extra 20 or 30 yards without any additional effort. Excuse my language, but in my opinion, it's a load of bullshit because you, and only you, are responsible for the way you swing your club. If you're physically unfit then even the best club in the world won't make any difference to your swing.

For the quickest results then start working on your core muscles. In other words, it's your mid-section that's responsible for your swing and the amount of power present. If you are willing to improve your driving distance then you might need to focus on increasing your body strength in this area. Apart from improving your driving distance, this approach will also help to ensure that you minimize the risk of sustaining a back injury.

Remember, lower back pain is really common between golfers, and is hardly surprising really considering the amount of torque the body is being exposed to. The benefits of strengthening your mid-section outweigh the required amount of effort by far, considering that you'll soon be able to achieve longer driving distances, while at the same time avoiding back injuries.

Just remember, the less you injured, the more you will be able to play and enjoy the game, and this is what golf is all about .................ENJOYMENT.
