However, professional photographers do need equipment they can rely on. In fact, most professionals have an extra camera body or two as well as back up lenses with them whenever they have a shoot. If you're a professional photographer you're probably putting more cash into the quality of the glass that you're using rather in addition to buying reliable camera bodies. It allows you to consistently frame your images and to take blur-free photos over a longer time frame. Additional photography equipment, such as strobe lights, a light meter, and lens filters will definitely help you produce professional caliber images provided you know how to use them. You're going to want to have a good camera bag that protects the equipment you're carrying. Professional photography equipment is expensive. But it is reliable and can last for decades.
