People living in an assisted living facility or in a nursing home should be treated with respect and dignity. And the entire staff should act with their best intentions at the forefront of their minds. Unfortunately this doesn't always happen. The home could be infested with bugs and vermin. The list goes on and on. No one should be treated like this, especially a senior citizen.
