In here, you are required to pay the deductible first and then the insurance company will pay eighty percent for the first five thousand and the plan holder will pay the remaining twenty percent. After the five thousand, the insurance company will pay up to one hundred percent of the maximum amount in the policy. Do note that different insurance companies will be providing their own version for the benefits so read the policy and the coverage carefully and thoroughly.
