Anxiety Panic disorder can be a debilitating and real disorder. The disorder can cause rapid heart beat, shortness of breath, fear of being in a certain place or situation.

Many people have been taken to the emergency room with chest pains. They endure testing just to be told its in their head. Well in a manner of speaking it can be. But a person can't always control their panic attacks. The anxiety panic disorder is a real health issue for many. It can accompany depression and makes a person have excessive fear. In a person with this disorder the fears are very real.

The body and mind work to deal with the stress factors that cause the normally unfounded fear that leads to panic attacks.

There are many approaches to helping a person with a anxiety panic disorder. Not all are drug related. There are herbs, diet and even all natural products on the market that will help.

Meditation is a very good place to start as is yoga Some find therapy a good place to begin the very real journey back to living a normal life. A person with anxiety panic disorder needs to be able to find their way towards being emotionally healthy as a person with heart disease must get physically healthy. Both must find the best course of treatment available to them. There is no one way is the only way cure. Each person must decide for themselves what to do to be proactive in their journey.

Just as there are different avenues to take on the journey to full emotional health the person with anxiety panic attacks must recognize that some of their symptoms manifest in other ways.

To deal with some of the attacks learning to do deep breathing excise is very important. Relaxation techniques are vital to regaining control. Staying focused and not spiraling out of control is important for a person with these attacks.

The fear becomes so real that one can't leave the house or work out side of the home. These makes life a very hard thing for someone with anxiety panic disorder.

Finding a course of treatment that doesn't include drugs is a good way to undertake the journey to recognizing and living with anxiety panic disorder.

The natural path is one that will help in the healing as well as make the mind and body more balanced so that the attacks are less severe. The disorder is a real emotional and physical health issue for many. The journey to living with it and finding a way to live life without the fear of an attack is one that many are on.
