An engagement ring is a sign of future commitment for lovers. Usually, when a man gives a woman an engagement ring it means that he is planning a lifetime of happiness and bliss with his chosen partner. The most popular kind is the diamond ring. As we all know the diamond signifies eternity and that's what marriage symbolizes. Some people also tend to pass this piece of jewelry to their future son to be given to the next lucky bride. But others tend to disregard its sentimental value and sell engagement ring for quick cash. A lot of factors contribute to a person who decides to sell it. It may be due to financial reasons, marital problems and most commonly a broken engagement. Engagement doesn't really assure marriage, so some individuals quickly change their mind and call off the engagement. This happens if one of them cheats or finds someone more suitable for future marriage. Needless to say, this event is very painful to woman so the attachment to the ring is greatly reduced or worst, gone. A recent study showed that women who had multiple marriages tend to sell engagement ring to make room for another one. Meaning that once a woman isn't contented with her partner the higher the risk for her to sell her ring. Some people also find 'engagement ring selling' to be a profitable business. They would be one of two people in a local city who makes this their bread and butter. This kind of business is very easy. All you need to have is a couple thousand dollars and a keen eye for jewelry. Established engagement ring buyers also sometimes hire a middle man to look for a person who wants to sell engagement ring. Prices will depend on the condition and worth of the ring. They will offer you a fast buck, but do not expect a hefty amount of money since their goal is to get your ring in the cheapest price possible. Every woman dreams to have their own engagement ring. It may be a simple gold ring of a heavily encrusted diamond piece. The emotion attached at the moment it was given will forever be priceless. We may never know the other reason why women choose to sell engagement ring. We are given free will to do what we want to do. There is no rule or myth that would hurt since it would be a personal thing and if you think it would be for the better then go on. Though it would be more appropriate to keep it, as long as the decision will make us happy and contented then there shouldn't be a problem selling this kind of rings.
