2 Reasons Why Exercise Can Save Your Life

Believe it or not, exercise can save your life. Why? There are two main important reasons why which will be explained here.

Exercise is an important activity that we should do every day. Unfortunately, exercise is not a priority in today's society. In today's society, making money is the biggest priority for people as it provides food, water and shelter which are essential for daily living which is fair enough. But, exercise is important because it maintains and improves our health. Therefore, in our daily routine, we should put exercise as one of the most important priorities in life.

The first and important reason why we should exercise is that exercise helps to maintain good health of our organs, especially the heart. When you exercise, you make your heart pump and circulate blood to all of your organs. The pumping of blood to all of your organs helps to clean out all the toxins and wastes and provide essential nutrients and proteins to repair any damage done to your organ. If you do not get blood circulating freely and regularly to your organs, a build-up of toxins will accumulate. This accumulation of toxins prevents your organs functioning efficiently and it also stops healing or repairing of the organ. If this happens for a long period of time, necrosis or death of the organs will happen. Hence, to stop this from happening, you must exercise. Exercise will keep all your organs healthy and hence make you live longer.

The second reason why we should exercise is that it keeps our mind healthier and happier. An active body will make our minds clear and happy. The reason exercise makes our mind healthier and happier is because when you exercise your body produces a chemical called endorphins which are basically happy hormones. These endorphins make you feel better and make you smile more.

Exercise also helps to burns off stress hormones which make people feel slugglish and depressed. In fact, the reason why people get depressed is because they have a build-up of stress hormones which make them feel isolated, sluggish and un-motivated. To cancel the effects of depression out, exercise is the best and effective way to get rid of it.

Therefore, when you exercise more, you feel happier and healthier. In a recent scientific study, people who feel happier tend to live longer compared to people who are depressed. The study also reports that people who exercise more have a more fulfilling life. Hence, people should exercise more often and regularly to keep ourselves living longer and happier!
