The origin of diamond microdermabrasion can be traced as far back as ancient Egypt where doctors use a form of sandpaper to scrape the top layers of the skin to give it a smooth appearance and help remove the ugly remnants of old wounds or scars. And with the use of the new diamond tip, the skin is less pink which means it is less irritated after the treatment and the customer feels more comfortable since they do not experience the beating of the aluminum crystals on their skin. The end result is a more vibrant and radiant skin with less fine lines, scars, wrinkles, and pores. Another way to produce younger looking skin would be the derma rollers. This new advancement in skin treatment was introduced in the early 2000's.
