Wearing a bikini can be really troublesome if you do not know the right type for your body shape. We try to hide some parts of our body because of the flaws such as large shoulders, thick waist, flabby arms, or enormous thighs. For example, if you have large shoulders then go to the store and choose high waist bikini bottom swim wear to accentuate the waist and divert the onlookers' gazes. If you have large breasts and conscious about it, then you should use a sports bra instead of the standard bra. Nobody has a perfect body. There will always be flaws. It is normal to envy others for having long slender legs, an hour glass figure and toned abs. But everyone is always insecure so the best thing to do is to make the most of what we have. Be confident on ourselves because everyone is unique and we cannot change how we were created unless you are considering cosmetic surgery. The choices for people are limitless, but there are always certain consequences that follow. Women may be conscious of their body when they wear bikinis. They might be afraid to go to the beach because they know that they will be criticized. If one cannot take the criticisms, then of course this can totally crush her confidence. But there is still hope because you can always do something about it. It is not the end of the world. Take the criticisms lightly and turn them into something positive. If you are insecure of your waistline, then choose a one piece swimsuit instead of a two piece. As I have mentioned earlier a high waist bikini bottom will do the trick for those with large shoulders. Some stores have all types of this swim wear so you can always check them out. Good luck in selecting the perfect swim wear to compliment your beautiful body shape or size. The most important thing to remember is to be happy! Everyone is unique and there is no such thing as contentment yet we do not need to go into so much trouble so instead, embrace everything. Like in swimming, go to some stores and look for high waist bikini bottom and other styles that suit you. But if I were you I would go for high waist bikini because it enhances the figure more. So what are you waiting for? Buy a piece and take it to the beach.
