Easy Desserts With The Help Of Cream Dispensers

Professional chefs, patisseries and bakers can come up with the most delectable desserts you have ever tasted. Preparing their specialties is more than quite challenging for most people. However, some aspects of their cooking are pretty easier now than it originally was. Let us thank technology and one very helpful kitchen gadget - the cream dispenser.

Here are some of the most mouth-watering sweet treats that you can easily make in your own, humble kitchen with the help of cream chargers.

Tiramisu

This is a very famous 'layered' dessert. It consists of coffee-soaked soft biscuits with a mixture of mascarpone cheese, sugar and eggs spread on top of it. Whipping the cheese mixture may take forever so you will need to use the cream charger instead. Mix two-thirds cup of heavy cream, two tablespoons of mascarpone cheese, 3 tablespoons sugar, a dash of Amaretto and two egg yolks inside the canister. Shake all the ingredients for a few seconds before incorporating the gas to fluff it up.

Note that the cooler the ingredients are, the better the results will be. If you need to store the cream dispenser in the fridge for a while, do so. Layer the coffee-soaked biscuits onto a nice dish and spread the cheese and cream mixture on top. Do this three or four times more until you have the number of layers you want. Sprinkle powdered chocolate over the top-most layer.

Chocolate Mousse

This is another dessert that regular housekeepers find extremely difficult to make. By using a cream charge, you do not just cut your preparation in half but also create a low-sugar and low-fat variant. You will need a cup (approximately 250 ml) of Heavy Cream. If you like the low-fat variant, go for it. Add a teaspoon of Instant Coffee, five tablespoons of Instant Cocoa powder, around two tablespoons of Cognac and your desired amount of powdered sugar. Shake everything inside the cream dispenser for a few seconds before dispersing the carbon dioxide into the mixture. Give the bottle another shake so that the molecules of the gas will completely bond with the cream mixture. Keep this in the refrigerator for a while before using it.

Vanilla Yogurt and Cream

Yogurt is filled with 'good bacteria' that helps aids in digestion. This is a very healthy dessert that your children will absolutely adore. Mix half a cup of vanilla flavored yogurt and the similar measurement of heavy cream in the cream dispenser. Again, if you prefer the low-fat variant, go for it. Add a tablespoon of sugar to make the mixture slightly sweet. Shake the canister, incorporate the gas slowly and shake it once more. Refrigerate the mixture and serve with any fresh fruits your children may love.

These desserts are generally easy to do. It really is the whipping part which makes it all seem so time-consuming and exhausting. Now that you have this amazing little tool, you can lay claim to making the best dessert in your neighborhood.
